Due to the nature of our product containing natural oils and being intended for intimate use, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products for health and hygiene reasons.

However, we offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Allergic Reactions: If you experience an unexpected allergic reaction to our product, please discontinue use immediately and contact us. You may be asked to provide medical documentation to support your claim.

  4. Delivery Issues: If your order never arrives or arrives significantly later than the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  2. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

  3. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping Costs

In cases where a refund is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will refund the original shipping costs. In other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.
